Okay its time to update this blog. If you have been following this palgn thread you have probably seen this update, those that haven’t should do so now. Within it you will be able to see the many stages Goliath has gone through to get to where he is now.

I also wanted to let you guys know, that the people behind my favourite magazine: Imagine FX have got a brand spanking new website. The best thing about it, is that all the workshops found within the magazine can be downloaded for free. Anyone who is interested in digital art should check it out.

I spent Xmas and new years in Sydney and its amazing how many people still don’t know about the amazing bookstore that is Kinokuniya, located in the Victoria galleries building. Not only does it have a massive variety of books, it also contains in my opinion the biggest selection of art books, comics, manga, anime and Japanese gaming magazines (if you want to see the latest game screenshots) . The only bummer is that the Japanese gaming magazines are all shrink wrapped.

Heres a screen shot from another project I have up my sleeves , its a 3d re-construction of a museum in Europe.

Im going to stray off a bit to review the Japanese version of Phoenix wright 2, which I got in the mail today :). The game has both english and japanese text support and you don’t really need to read the manual to get a hang of the controls, as all the screens are pretty much self explanatory.

Player Character - Phoenix Wright (Defense Attorney)

Okay, where to start. If you haven’t played a phoenix wright game before, then you should be shot! Yes, it’s seriously that good! What’s not to like about solving cases, catching out liars in court and, my favourite, seeing them squirm once they recognise you have caught them out?

From what I’ve played so far it seems like the cases are a lot longer this time around. The music, as always, is spot on and provides some awesome thinking tunes.

New prosecution attorney

The best part about phoenix wright is the dialogue, those who have played the first iteration of this game will know just how funny some conversations can get. One obvious change that I’ve noticed so far is that your strikes are now replaced with a green bar that will empty as you continually supply the wrong evidence in court.

Made some time to texture She-Ra’s sword . Applied a basic color over her hair again, previous hair wasn’t working. Fixed up the lightng. Next week i’ll continue with some other clothing items. Looking at this intro I still probably have some boots, bracelets and skirt to go ..

Well somebody is happy to have some clothes on or maybe not so happy that it took me some time to clothes her ..
